Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. He is the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about empowering future generations of Biblical counselors. He is the Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous articles on the internet and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
